About Colleen
Colleen is a former licensed funeral director and corporate culture leader whose career spans retail, tech, and entrepreneurship.
Early in her career, she worked with grieving families and that experience shaped how she thinks about time, choice, and the things people put off.
She went on to lead inclusion and belonging strategies at companies including Nordstrom, Petco, and Amazon before stepping away from corporate leadership in 2024 to fully dedicate herself to the self-serve dog wash business she co-founded with her wife in San Diego.
